Description:
The 3 cards on the right side are called "Obligations" and are flipped at the last round. They are called like that because players are "obligated" to use 1 of the 3 to form their final hand. In addition they can use cards only from the row that starts with the "obligation" that they chose. Players can use only 2 of their cards together with the "obligation" plus 2 cards from that row to form a 5 card hand.
